My Story

I started my first business at 23. By 26, I had an exit. Then I hit the wall. I've been broke. I've been burned out. I've made every mistake in the book—and I've also been on the other side of it: profitable, focused, genuinely free.

Over 18+ years in business and self-development, I've lived through the full spectrum. I've authored three books: The Happy Sales System, Breaking the Profit Plateau, and The 33 Lies of Success. I founded Frootful Ventures as a sweat equity venture partner, working alongside founders at the critical moments when every decision matters.

What I've learned isn't just about hitting targets or scaling revenue. It's about building a life of purpose and fulfillment alongside your business. That's why my approach is holistic. I don't coach just your career or just your business. I coach the whole life. Because success that doesn't feel right isn't success at all.
